Woken up at 7:45 am for to book some plane tickets isn't my cup of tea, but by the end of it, I realized I had reached a milestone. I've never had to purchase my own flight tickets (Las Vegas didn't count, Eddie was entering in the information) or plan to get on a plane by myself. Granted, it's just an hour flight but it's something to marvel at. I started an account to start earning points. My dad thinks I can earn enough to get a free round trip ticket from home to Florida and back. I'm not so sure about that but one can dream. Now if I earned enough to get a round trip ticket from home to France and back...

I'm catching a flight on Monday even though I've got classes on that day. Dad says it'll be okay since I've completed my MCAT, and that missing the first classes won't be so bad. I'm a little amused at that mentality; I've never missed my first day of classes. Perhaps there will be other people returning from a trip a day late as well. I'll assume responsibility for that first day of missed classes. But there is something I get out of returning on Monday: I get to attend Ben's white lab coat ceremony. It'll be interesting to see the affair, however boring it may be. One last opportunity to see him off before I go to my own difficult semester.

I'm hoping to get everything turned in by this weekend as far as applications go. I've got another major biostats test tomorrow so I need to be spending a good chunk of my time studying for that. I didn't get a chance to do any Physics last night so I should definitely try to fit some in later tonight. All in good time, I suppose. I just may have to miss tonight's GN! But I know the girls will understand :)
