So I've finally completed my last goodphil performance! I was just as nervous as before but the entire dance went off without a hitch. It was really crazy backstage because the ArchiTEKS were practicing there too, and one of the girl dancers (Ailyn Isadro) came up to me and said that our parents knew each other. She went on to say that we grew up together when we were little. Funny how I don't remember that... but like the gushing FSA boys next to me said, it's a small world after all. My mood was light after that, and I performed Carinosa for the last time (hopefully).



Ailyn wasn't the only one to recognize my face! Apparently, Cindy (Ben's cousin) also saw me from afar and texted Ben immediately. Even though we've never met, she apparently recognizes me from Facebook? That's kind of neat, I wouldn't say I have much of a memorable face. It was a little humorous that as she was texting Ben she saw me, I was talking to Ben on the phone. Although she was too shy to come up and say hello, the next time I see her, I need to congratulate UTD for winning 1st place in Modern. Maybe she can teach me how to dance? Hahaha

Well, even though Goodphil is over, I still have a couple more months to go before I walk across that stage. I don't know how the rest of these weeks will pass, but I'll try to make them as memorable as possible. The whole research for the future is underway (if a little bit slow) so I shouldn't be stressing too much... right?

I'll save the dramatics for later posts. For now, consider this yet another stepping stone until graduation!
