I'm more than 900 miles from my old apartment, holed up in a corner, studying for my board certification which will take place exactly one week from today. Looking at the recap photos below, it's hard to believe that not two weeks ago, I was just walking around Wicker Park to grab a bite to eat or to study with friends. This is my new chapter. Having shed the 'student' mantle for something a little more heavy, I exist in a sort of limbo. This will pass, is my current thought.

I just want to focus on one thing at a time, but what I've learned as I've grown older, is that nothing will wait for you to catch up. You've got to seize the day and all that. It's a work in progress...
